Shipping Information:
Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Out of stock items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order.
Return Policy:
Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by East End Machining. We will not be responsible for items returned without an RMA number.
Returns must be made within 14 days of shipment from East End Machining. Items must be in original unopened packaging. Items must be able to be resold in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking and processing fee applied to all returned items unless they are exchanged for store credit.

East End Machining offers or implies no warranty on any parts sold that were manufactured by other companies. For example if you have warranty issues with a Traxxas product please call Traxxas directly, for HPI please call HPI and so on. Most RC companies will only work with end users ,not the dealers, on warranty issues. We will be happy assist you in any way we can during the claim process but you must run the warranty through the manufacturer.
