Shipping Information:
Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Out of stock items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order.
Return Policy:
Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by East End Machining. We will not be responsible for items returned without an RMA number.
Returns must be made within 14 days of shipment from East End Machining. Items must be in original unopened packaging. Items must be able to be resold in new condition. There will be a 20% restocking and processing fee applied to all returned items unless they are exchanged for store credit.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders must be paid for in advance. Custom orders can not be canceled.
Warranty:
East End Machining offers a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. We may refund or replace items at out discretion during the warranty claims process.
Warranties are extended to original purchaser and must be accompanied by either a store receipt or invoice of some kind.
East End Machining offers or implies no warranty on any parts sold that were manufactured by other companies. For example if you have warranty issues with a Traxxas product please call Traxxas directly, for HPI please call HPI and so on.
East End Machining only warrants it's products and services in the United States. No warranty claims will be honored outside of the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. The only exception to this rule is for US Military forces.
